RED MALLING VINTAGE
A Kenilworth Original & proud of it! Created by ‘Poppa’ Hansen at Malling on the Darling Downs in the early 1900’s (hence the name). This cheese is made to the original recipe and can be called the only true Queensland cheese. Red Malling Vintage has a sharp flavour, with slightly open texture. Covered with red wax. Red is well accompanied by full bodied red wines. Available in a 165gm waxed wedge. Next
